Open your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and click Settings to manage your account. Settings has two tabs: Account and Security.

Account

Your personal preferences: profile photo, name, phone number, timezone, language, theme (system, light, or dark), and how many rows tables show per page.

Security

Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication is required to use the portal — you set it up during your first login. From the Security tab you can:
  • See whether your authenticator app is configured.
  • Enable 2FA — scan a QR code with your authenticator app and confirm with a code.
  • Disable your current authenticator setup — for example to switch to a new phone. You’ll be asked to set up two-factor authentication again on your next sign-in.

Change your password

  1. Enter your Current Password.
  2. Enter a New Password that meets the requirements shown: at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.
  3. Confirm it and click Update Password.
If you’ve lost access to your authenticator app and can’t sign in, contact support — they can verify your identity and reset your two-factor setup.
