When your company is set up on Stell, you receive an invitation email with a temporary password. Your first login takes a few minutes: you set your own password, then set up two-factor authentication. Both are required before you reach the portal.

Sign in

  1. Go to platform.getstell.com.
  2. Enter your Email and the temporary password from your invitation email.
  3. Click Sign in.

Set your password

On your first login, you’re asked to replace the temporary password.
  1. On the Set New Password screen, enter a password of at least 8 characters.
  2. Click Set New Password.

Set up two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication is required for every portal user. You verify your identity with a second step each time you sign in, using either an authenticator app or email codes.
We recommend an authenticator app — it works offline and codes arrive instantly. Any standard app works, such as 1Password, Google Authenticator, or Microsoft Authenticator.

With an authenticator app

  1. On the Set Up Authenticator App screen, scan the QR code with your authenticator app. If you can’t scan it, enter the Shared Secret key manually instead.
  2. Enter the 6-digit Verification Code the app shows.
  3. Click Finish Setup.

With email codes

  1. On the Set Up Email Verification screen, confirm your email address and click Send Code.
  2. Enter the 6-digit Verification Code from the email.
From now on, each sign-in asks you to Verify Your Identity with a code from your chosen method. You can manage your two-factor methods and passkeys later under Account security.

Forgot your password?

  1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email and click Send reset code.
  3. Enter the 6-digit Verification Code from the email and your new password, then click Reset Password.
